Banana Chocolate Carrot Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:
1.5 cups of oatmeal, old-fashioned
2 tbsp hemp hearts
3 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
1/2 tsp (each) of ginger, cloves, nutmeg
2 tsp baking powder
1 scoop of protein powder (I went unflavored)
1 1/2 bananas smashed
2 cups shredded carrots
4 egg whites (or eggs)
1 tsp unrefined coconut oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Combine all the wet ingredients into a large bowl.
Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Transfer to pan and bake for 20-25 mins.
Allow for it to cool and enjoy!
