Banana Chocolate Carrot Baked Oatmeal



Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups of oatmeal, old-fashioned

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 3 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp (each) of ginger, cloves, nutmeg

  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I went unflavored)

  • 1 1/2 bananas smashed

  • 2 cups shredded carrots

  • 4 egg whites (or eggs)

  • 1 tsp unrefined coconut oil


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

  3. Combine all the wet ingredients into a large bowl.

  4. Mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Transfer to pan and bake for 20-25 mins.

  5. Allow for it to cool and enjoy!
