Paleo Banana Coconut Almond Flour Bites



Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 2 large bananas

  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 large egg

  • 2 cups Silk Nextmilk Reduced Fat (pref: unsweetened almond milk here!)


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F and prepare 9x9 square pan (or loaf pan)

  2. Whisk all dry ingredients in a small-ish bowl

  3. Mash bananas, add all wet ingredients to a large bowl and mix well

  4. (This part is a quick one due to baking soda!) Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, combine quickly, transfer to pan and put in the oven.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
