Paleo Banana Coconut Almond Flour Bites

Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 large bananas
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
2 cups Silk Nextmilk Reduced Fat (pref: unsweetened almond milk here!)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg F and prepare 9x9 square pan (or loaf pan)
Whisk all dry ingredients in a small-ish bowl
Mash bananas, add all wet ingredients to a large bowl and mix well
(This part is a quick one due to baking soda!) Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, combine quickly, transfer to pan and put in the oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
