Mom's Fave Banana Raisin Bread
A bread I threw together with nut milk remnanats and my mom loved it!
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients

3 cups rolled oats

3 tbsp flaxmeal

2 tsp ceylon cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder
Wet Ingredients

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 mashed banana
-
2-3 cups water/milk

2 cups raisins

1 tbsp coconut oil
-
2 tbsp maple syrup
-
Up to 1 cup of ground/strained almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc from making nutmilk
Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the baking powder.

Let the mixture sit and absorb for at least 1 hour. If more than 1 hour, let it sit in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F, add the baking powder and mix. Pour the batter into aloaf pan and bake for 25-30 mins.
